JoyfulJo (“the Company”, “we”, or “us” hereinafter) places prime importance on customers’ personal information and complies with the “Act on the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection.” We respect the privacy of everyone that uses our websites, games, and various related services, and make utmost efforts to protect the personal information of our customers.
The Company’s Privacy Policy explains for what use and how the personal information provided is used, and what measures are taken to protect personal information.

Type of Personal Information Gathered and Used, Purpose, and Method of Collection
The Company divides the necessary information for providing services into essential / optional information for the following purposes and collects it after obtaining the user’s consent. The information collected will be gathered automatically or in the course of participating in the service / event / marketing by entering the information directly.
First, if you choose to connect to one of our Websites/Apps through a third-party social network, we may collect personal information from your profile on such third-party social networks.

• Twitter: Public profile
• Google account: Default profile, Email
Second, inquiries about services are not required to log in. However, if you make inquiries, the following information may be collected.
• Name, Nickname, Email, Market/Game/Community account
Data generated automatically while you are using the service (including device information, IP address, cookies, service usage records) may be automatically collected. This information is generated in an automated way and stored. Automated information can be transformed into an unidentifiable form to be used through internal and external analysis tools.
When you purchase or refund our products or services through third-party platforms (such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store), you will be required to provide certain payment and billing information directly to such third-party platforms. We do not collect or store any payment information from you.

Our Policy Concerning Children
While the Websites/Apps may be visited and/or played by children, we do not knowingly collect or use any personal information from children under the applicable age threshold (by each nation) and hereby specifically prohibit any such user from providing us with any personal information. If you are a parent of a child and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at zosanghee@joyfuljo.kr and we will delete the information from our system.

The personal information of users in the EU domain is collected only to the minimum required for executing the game and providing the service contract. Other information is collected with the consent of the information subject. You have the right to oppose the way your personal information is processed, or to request its transfer, if technically possible. Residents of EU Member States may contact JoyfulJo’s Privacy Protection Department for any unreasonable treatment, and may also request judicial relief to the relevant authorities.

Obligation for Notification
Should there be additions, deletions, or revisions to this Privacy Policy, notice will be provided via “Announcement” at least seven days before the revision takes effect. Changes that may be disadvantageous to you will be notified at least 30 days prior to the revision.
This Privacy Policy takes effect as of December 1, 2020.
